Happy Valentine's Day, Everyone!

Celebrate Love. Celebrate YOU!

Please remember, whether you're in a relationship or single, the most important love is to love, respect and honour yourself.

Self-love is the basis for unconditional love towards others, as well as an abundant and fulfilled life. Lack of self-love, which I see in almost every single one of my clients when they come to me, manifests many emotional, psychological and physical conditions.

Lack of self-esteem and confidence, feeling unworthy and undeserving, feeling inadequate (not enough), insignificant, not heard or seen, are generally borne from a lack of self-love and most often are the source of anxiety, depression, a scarcity mindset, lack of trust in relationships, feeling stuck in an unfulfilling job or career, and a sense of not being in control of one's life.

If you don't have a healthy relationship with yourself right now, I urge you to learn to be kind, respect, honour and love yourself. This often means having to smash and let go of some deep-seated limiting and negative beliefs, habits and behaviours.

Do you....

- find it difficult to allow yourself to take some time off?

- put the wishes and expectations of others first?

- put yourself down a lot - engage in negative self-dialogue?

- have a tendency to apologise for everything?

- harshly judge yourself when making mistakes, e.g. are a perfectionist

- find it hard to say NO?

- find it difficult to accept compliments (at least genuinely)?

Then you clearly need to do some work on loving yourself.

Rapid Transformational Therapy, using hypnosis to access the subconscious mind, has been life-changing for my clients (and me as the facilitator). Please reach out to me if you'd like to learn more about learning to love yourself and honouring yourself the right way, and how you too can become the empowered YOU you were born to be.
