Maike is so passionate about empowering, especially those touched by cancer, to become masters of their mind (not slaves), that she has developed this program especially for CanSurvive. She has donated her time and skillset, and is offering this program for free, but asks that those who are able to, to make a tax-deductible donation to Cansurvive. This will assist in providing ongoing educational programs, research and support to benefit CanSurvive members and the growing Sunshine Coast Community.

Maike Thiessen - Cert. Hypnotherapist & Rapid Transformational Therapist

Maike was diagnosed with level 4 Melanoma over five years ago. She is convinced that it was primarily mindpower and her innate belief/knowing that she was fine that manifested the no-cancer result. Her doctor and surgeon, her husband, family and friends were all surprised that the removed skin and muscle tissue showed no trace of abnormal cells, even though the biopsy sample had been terribly conclusive. She, however, was not surprised at all! It was a cheery “I told you so” moment for her. 😊

She never let fear in. Not for a moment.

She had somehow always been aware of a powerful connection and communication between the mind and the body; the emotional and the physical, but it wasn’t until she undertook formal studies as a RTT practitioner and hypnotherapist that she came to realise that neuroscience discoveries validates and explained what she had instinctively known. This excited her to no end and only served to fuel her ambition to share this knowledge and facilitate the empowerment of others to actively take charge of their healing journey.
