This policy describes our privacy practices - what personal information we collect about our users, what we do with it, how we share it, and your rights regarding that personal information.
Please read carefully.
To provide you with the best possible experience, we collect certain information from you. At your initial contact and/or session we request details such as your name, address and phone or email contacts. This enables us to get in contact with you to follow up and continue facilitating your transformation and progress.
The information you email to us pre-session via our Intake Form/Questionnaire is stored on a password protected computer. We go the extra mile by moving any sensitive information onto a dedicated external hard-drive which is disconnected from the network when files are not in use. Any printed copies, notes taken during our calls or Zoom meetings are added to the client’s file and are stored in a lockable filing cabinet every evening.
When you use our Contacts Form you agree to be added to our Mailing List. We collect your name, email address and phone number. This enables us to keep you up-to-date, with our informative “The Butterfly Effect” newsletter and other services that may be of benefit or interest to you.
All personal details are stored securely with the sole intent of offering the above services. We have no intention of passing these details to any other third party. Still unsure? Here’s the nitty gritty…
